Remember OUR dog, Bambi?
OHHhHHH–you mean this little baby girl right here!?
OKAY, so. Her first name is Bambi (obviously) and her last name is Harding (DUH.) That isn’t her full name though–she’s got a few middle names in between.
The reason that I’m writing about this is because she is named after some pretty important people–all famous, elite, and even notorious Olympians from the 90’s. And you should know about it.
Here are her middle names:
Dominique Dawes because was an Olympic medalist in gymnastics at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta. Further, she was an excellent role model. For example, she was the youngest president of the Women’s Sports Federation and she campaigned for several worthy causes, such as Autism awareness, healthy habits for children, and girls’ self esteem.
We hope that one day, Bambi will go forth and do something productive with her life.
Best of all, Dominique was the coolest and prettiest girl in her high school so they named her the prom queen.
Because figure skating in the 90’s was so hot. Kristi was the best of the best, taking the GOLD at the 1992 Winter Olympics in France. Adam thinks that Bambi deserves the “Best in Show” prize at this year’s Westminster Kennel Club. (I keep telling him not to get his hopes up–she doesn’t even know how to sit at this point.)
Seeming cute and innocent, at first. Maybe even a little awkward and scrawny.
Then, look at this attitude and blatant promiscuity.
Two words: crazy eyes.
“HELP ME! I’M BEING SABOTAGED!!!”
I. Can’t. Even.
And this is me when little miss Harding forgets that I exist and/or plops down on my lap and hits my hernia:
So there you have it. Our little dog’s complete name is:
Bambi Dominique Dawes Kristi Yamaguchi Tonya Harding.
Don’t you just love her!?
